Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Provide outstanding service to guests, taking cocktail and food orders efficiently and accurately.
• Drink Preparation: Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our drink and food offerings to make recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure a smooth operation.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining spaces.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cocktail server or bartender in a full-service restaurant or bar is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and adapt to changing situations.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
