Description
We’re seeking a skilled Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our facility running at peak performance. If you’re experienced with mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance—and take pride in solving problems before they become issues—we want to hear from you.
Position Overview:
As a Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for the installation, repair, and upkeep of industrial equipment and systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and systems
• Create work orders
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement long-term solutions
• Installation of new equipment and production systems
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and logs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns
Requirements:
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and control systems
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Familiarity with PLCs, motors, conveyors, pumps, and other industrial components
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school training preferred
