Molly's in Soulard is currently looking for a skilled and passionate Kitchen Manager / Chef to join our team before the bustling patio season. This demanding role is suited for someone who has mastered all kitchen stations in a fast-paced, high-volume, professional kitchen setting.

Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Back of the house assistance to the General Manager.
• Management of all daily kitchen operations.
• Supervision and management of kitchen staff.
• Maintenance of the kitchen, including management of cost of goods.

The ideal candidate must be available during weekends, including Sunday brunch, and should be a team player who is dedicated to providing an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Molly's is looking for a prep cook to join our team! You will be assisting us in creating delicious meals for our guests. Your responsibilities will be (but not limited to): 

• completing tasks on prep list
• labeling and stocking ingredients
• washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients
• starting the first steps in several of our dishes
• helping to keep the kitchen clean and sanitary

You need to have a passion for people and be able to greet guest with a warm smile and seat them in a quick organized fashion. We are a team here so helping the servers with getting waters and clearing tables is part of everyones job. Oversight of reservations and turn times is key to the restaurants sucess. 

 Molly's is looking for personable, reliable, level-headed men and women to work with our excellent team at providing memorable and positive guest experience. The security position includes greeting and ID-ing guests,  security, general bar and floor maintenance and clean up at the end of night. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
