Molly's in Soulard is currently looking for a skilled and passionate Kitchen Manager / Chef to join our team before the bustling patio season. This demanding role is suited for someone who has mastered all kitchen stations in a fast-paced, high-volume, professional kitchen setting.
Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Back of the house assistance to the General Manager.
- Management of all daily kitchen operations.
- Supervision and management of kitchen staff.
- Maintenance of the kitchen, including management of cost of goods.
The ideal candidate must be available during weekends, including Sunday brunch, and should be a team player who is dedicated to providing an excellent dining experience for our guests.
