Special Events Manager
Job Summary:
The Special Events Manager is a hardworking, self motivated individual with strong organizational skills and culinary background. This individual is capable of easily changing gears to cover different situations and needs of the Commissary Kitchen and events. The individual must be able to take on new responsibilities with limited supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Aids Commissary Manager in day to day duties.
- Ensure food quality and consistency is maintained in the Commissary Kitchen and Subcontractor Stands.
- Ensures food safety, sanitation and HACCP procedures are being followed.
- -Supervises and works food truck, catering, festival events when needed in off periods.
- Takes inventory and places orders with the appropriate vendors.
- Assists in commissary production when needed during off periods.
- Drives company vehicles and covers deliveries when needed during off periods.
- Hires, manages and develops staff.
- Maintains Mission standards through food quality, execution, appearance and attitude.
- Schedules staff and makes cuts as needed.
- Ensures product delivery in a timely manner.
- Acts as a liaison between TRG and subcontractors.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of all equipment in the Commissary Kitchen, Subcontracted Stands and Food Truck
- Must be able to drive company vehicles and obtain proper licensing/company insurance policy.
