Bartender – Millwood Sports Bar (Wentzville, MO)

Millwood Sports Bar is looking for an experienced, outgoing Bartender to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sports bar environment, enjoys engaging with guests, and takes pride in crafting great drinks while keeping the bar running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and creating a welcoming bar experience

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service

• Manage bar inventory, restocking, and basic prep

• Follow all alcohol service laws, safety guidelines, and company policies

• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service

• Handle guest tabs and transactions responsibly

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of bartending experience preferred

• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails and popular mixed drinks

• Friendly, engaging personality with strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay composed during high-volume shifts

• Dependable, team-oriented attitude

• TIPS or Safe Serve certification is a plus
