Assistant to the general manager. Duties include management of all daily operations, management of staff, menu creativity and analysis. willing to work all times day or night. responsible for department responsibilities (bus/hostess staff or serving staff). schedules, interviews of potential employees, hiring, training, evaluations, etc.
