Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a host for the restaurant and managing restaurant and TopTracer golf reservations 
• Greeting customers, responding to questions, serving customers, and providing outstanding customer service
• Operating cash registers and managing financial transactions
• Directing customers to attraction options within the facility
• Maintaining an orderly appearance in the guest services area
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
• Handling to-go food and beverage orders
• Assisting with events as necessary, including setup, bussing tables, and cleanup

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age (18 and over preferred)
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
