Description
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, serving customers, and providing outstanding customer service
- Operating cash registers and managing financial transactions
- Directing customers to attraction options within the facility
- Maintaining an orderly appearance in the guest services and concessions counter area
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
- Prepping, handling, and selling food and beverage products
- Assisting with large events and birthday parties as necessary, including setup, bussing tables, and cleanup
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- A professional appearance
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
