RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help us provide a clean, pleasant, and Mellow dining experience for all guests
• Perform general bar cleaning duties, including any opening or closing sidework duties as identified by the bar and management teams.
• Clear dirty dishes and glassware when guests depart or are finished with their meals
• Restock products behind the bar, including beer, wine, and spirits, juices and other mixers, fruit, etc.
• Maintain kegs in the beer cooler, changing out for new product, and removing empty kegs.
• Maintain and restock the ice wells.
• Maintain clean and polished glassware, ensuring proper stock and communicating when new inventory needs to be brought to the bar.
• Empty the trash and maintaining cleanliness level in the bar during the shift, including taking bus tubs with dirty dishes regularly sent to the dish pit.
• Clean up any spills, broken glassware, or broken bottles and record as appropriate on waste or bar logs (will vary by store)
• Able to consistently lift 50 lbs
• Able to work full shift, through restaurant closing.
• Engage with guests as appropriate, communicate needs to the bartender, and act as a representative of Mellow Mushroom
• Ensure guests have water, iced tea, or fountain beverage refills as needed. 
• Candidate must be 18+ to quality for this role
