Description
The Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting fundraising initiatives to generate financial support for the organization. This role works closely with the development team, volunteers, donors, and partners to execute campaigns, events, and donor engagement activities that align with the organization’s mission and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and implement fundraising campaigns, events, and donor drives

Assist in developing annual fundraising strategies and timelines

Manage logistics for fundraising events, including venues, vendors, volunteers, and materials

Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners

Track donations, maintain donor records, and ensure accurate reporting
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Previous experience in fundraising, development, event coordination, or nonprofit work preferred

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
