What You’ll Do

• Lead by example while managing day-to-day front-of-house operations.

• Supervise servers, food runners, and bar staff to ensure exceptional guest service.

• Monitor dining, bar, and outside areas to maintain cleanliness, flow, and atmosphere.

• Support scheduling, training, and coaching to keep staff engaged and on-task.
