Job Summary

Lucky T Ranch Restaurant is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, understands how to balance hospitality with financial performance, and takes pride in building strong teams and consistent operations.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing front- and back-of-house team

• Hire, train, and mentor team members to build a strong, reliable staff

• Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture

• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to standards

Restaurant Operations

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and consistency

• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness

• Manage opening and closing procedures and overall shift execution

• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams

Financial & Business Performance

• Manage labor, scheduling, and cost controls to meet financial targets

• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships

• Analyze sales, labor, and operational metrics to improve performance

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and operational efficiency

Guest Experience & Service Standards

• Ensure every guest receives a positive, high-quality dining experience

• Address guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally

• Lead by example in delivering hospitality and service excellence

Compliance & Safety

• Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment for staff and guests

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Experience managing labor, inventory, and financial performance

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

• Passion for hospitality and building a guest-first culture

Schedule

• Full-time position

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
