About Lona's Lil Eats
We are the St. Louis home of the Original Giant Rice Paper Wrap: fresh Asian cuisine with a soul food flare, made from scratch every day. We peel the garlic, roast the peanuts, and build every sauce and seasoning in house. Chef Lona Luo Powers is a three-time James Beard Award semifinalist, and we just opened our second location in Kirkwood. How the food feels matters as much as how it tastes, and that starts with the crew.

The Role
You are the face of Lona's. You'll take orders, answer menu questions, expedite, run food, and pack dine-in, takeaway, curbside, and online orders. We cross-train everyone, so you'll learn every station and can grow into new ones.
