Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate technicians to ensure timely, reliable service for every customer.
• Handle customer communication with warmth and professionalism, including appointment confirmations and escalated calls.
• Utilize scheduling software and communication platforms to monitor and update job progress in real time.
• Stay informed about technician availability, job status, and any changes that may affect daily operations.
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays before they impact the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts with updated notes, ETAs, and follow-up details.
• Collaborate closely with team leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support daily reporting and broader operational tasks as needed.
• Help cultivate a team culture grounded in accountability and shared success.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficient in navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with scheduling or dispatch platforms is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple moving pieces without oversight.
• Professional demeanor in high-pressure and fast-changing situations.
• Proactive mindset with a genuine desire to find solutions.
• Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a residential trades environment is helpful but not required.
• A team-first attitude, as your colleagues will rely on your support daily.

Schedule
Full-time position with varying schedules based on business needs and customer demand. Weekend availability is required.
