Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain payroll data, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and deductions.
• Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll for a multi-state workforce.
• Review timesheets and payroll reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Support processing of commissions, bonuses, and other supplemental pay.
• Assist with wage garnishments and other payroll deductions.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and route complex issues as needed.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Support payroll audits by gathering and organizing required documentation.
• Partner with HR and Accounting to ensure accurate employee data.
• Perform other administrative and payroll-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior administrative, payroll, accounting, HR, or office experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong data entry skills and exceptional attention to organizational detail.
• Ability to maintain confidential employee information with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

Schedule
This is a hybrid position requiring some in-office attendance, with flexibility for remote work based on business needs.
