Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations
• Ensure all employees are following policies and procedures correctly
• Coordinate and facilitate transactions of the store
• Maintain cleanliness standards
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
• Coordinate with Team Members and other members of management to ensure all daily tasks are completed efficiently
• Provide quality customer service
• Educate new Team Members on policies and procedures
• Complete special projects as assigned by General Manager/Operations Manager
• Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Qualifications/Skills Required

• 21+ years of age
• Supervisory experience in a hospitality/family entertainment environment preferred
• Weekend availability
• Critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in task delegation and time management
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Attention to detail
