Responsibilities include:

• Assist guests with the use of attractions i.e. Laser Tag, Miniature Golf
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their experience
• Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the facility

• Supervising, monitoring, and attending to RCI Sky Trail attraction
• Harnessing and securing guests
• Reporting any substandard safety equipment to site operations management
• Ensuring guests navigate attraction safely
• Reporting maintenance needs to site operations management
• Ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements Include:

• Ability to obtain RCI Sky Trail Operator certification upon employment(paid training provided)
• Ability to remain on feet for extended periods
• 17+ years old
• Remain in compliance with RCI operator standards through yearly training

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items according to recipes
• Complete assigned prep work
• Correct setup and shut down of workstations
• Practices sanitary and safe food handling at all times
• Cleaning and sanitizing of work area before, during, and after shift

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Mobility during the shift, able to be on feet for multiple hours
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.

General responsibilities include:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Verification of legal age requirement for all bar patrons purchasing and/or consuming alcohol
• Stocking and managing bar inventory
• Food and beverage service
• Mixing and pouring drinks
• General bar preparation, cleaning, and maintenance
• Communication with other food and beverage service workers
