Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks and food accurately and efficiently.

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain bar cleanliness.

• Manage bar inventory and restocking.

• Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies.

• Work with management, support staff, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend availability required.
• Current city of Waukesha bartending license.
• 1+ year experience minimum.
• Friendly and personable.
• Team player.

Our Food Runners are the bridge between the kitchen and our guests, ensuring dishes arrive at the table fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. If you’re fast on your feet and love making guests smile, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food to guests quickly and accurately.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate orders.

• Ensure plates meet presentation and quality standards.

• Clear, wipe, and reset tables for the next guests.

• Provide friendly, helpful service to guests as needed.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with grace under pressure.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience.

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry plates for extended periods.

• Nights and Weekend availability required.
