You’ll oversee the pastry department, manage prep and production schedules, and contribute to menu development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present a wide range of pastries, desserts, baked goods, and plated sweets. custards, ice creams, sorbets, sourdough and enriched breads, cakes and more.
• Design and develop dessert menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef
• Ensure consistency, quality, and visual appeal of all pastry items
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper storage and rotation of ingredients
• Oversee and train pastry cooks
