As a Bartender, you’ll craft high-quality drinks, guide our guest through an array of wine, spirts and culinary options, engage and guide the guests experience, maintain and keep a positive, clean and efficient work area and be an ambassador of the La Fete standards for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently.

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain bar cleanliness.

• Manage bar inventory and restocking.

• Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies.

• Work with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

• Maintain a professional and clean appearance.

Requirements:

• passionate, ability to work in team setting, willingness to learn and grow, positive attitude

• 1+ years of bartending experience preferred.

• Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails.

• Friendly, engaging personality.

• TIPS or TABS required at end of training

• CMS or Level 1 somm equivalent within 6 months of hiring date (we will provide training)
