Are you driven to succeed, confident on social media, and ready to make an impact? We are seeking a high-energy Car Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced dealership. This role requires more than just enthusiasm — your success is measured by results.
Important: 90-Day Probationary Period
All new hires are subject to a strict 90-day probationary period. Employment is performance-based. Sales production and lead generation—both in-store and online—are closely monitored during this period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in customers and guide them through the buying process
- Actively market inventory through personal and dealership social media
channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) - Create engaging digital content (vehicle walkarounds, reels, stories) to
drive interest and leads - Follow up on online inquiries, leads, and past customers
- Hit or exceed monthly unit and gross targets
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Proficiency with social media content creation and engagement
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable on camera and skilled at building personal brand online
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
