The Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Director of Marketing to take our brand to the next level. This role is about vision and execution — developing bold marketing strategies, leading a talented team, and building campaigns that elevate Titan Marketing while supporting our national brand partners.

What You’ll Do

• Create and execute marketing strategies that grow Titan Marketing’s reach and reputation.
• Lead digital, social, and multichannel campaigns that connect with diverse audiences.
• Drive B2B campaigns in collaboration with sales leadership to generate measurable growth.
• Manage product launches and align marketing with product development.
• Oversee PR and media strategies to strengthen Titan’s voice and credibility.
• Utilize tools such as Nielsen, Google Ads, and Adobe Creative Suite to maximize performance.
• Manage marketing budgets and resources with a focus on efficiency and ROI.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in a senior marketing role, with strong expertise in digital, branding, and multichannel strategies.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adapt campaigns for maximum impact.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing, sales processes, and campaign management.
• Experience in media, PR, or broadcasting is a plus.
• Creative thinker with strong leadership skills and a results-driven mindset.
