Junk King St. Louis is under new leadership and rapidly expanding. As the fastest-growing junk removal service in the St. Louis area, we are building a team of hardworking, motivated individuals who want more than just a job — they want a career with growth opportunities.

We’re currently hiring Driver / Sales Specialists who will serve as the face of Junk King for residential and commercial customers. In this role, you’ll combine customer service, sales, and hands-on work by providing estimates, closing jobs, and safely removing items from customer properties.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Sales

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to explain Junk King services

• Provide clear, accurate price estimates and close sales on-site

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service that exceeds expectations

• Build positive customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals

Junk Removal & Operations

• Safely remove unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites

• Load trucks efficiently while protecting customer property

• Transport and unload items responsibly while following company procedures

• Assist with sorting materials for recycling and donation whenever possible

Teamwork & Professionalism

• Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently

• Maintain a clean truck, uniform, and professional appearance

• Follow safety guidelines when lifting and moving items

• Represent the Junk King brand with professionalism and pride

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Hourly pay plus commission and tips

• Typical earnings range from $20–$27 per hour

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50 pounds safely and frequently

• High energy, strong work ethic, and positive attitude

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in junk removal, moving, delivery, labor, or customer service

• Sales or commission-based experience

• Familiarity with basic tools or moving equipment

• Comfortable traveling throughout the St. Louis area for jobs

Schedule

• Full-time position

• Typical shifts are 8 hours

• Monday–Friday with weekends as needed

Work location: In person throughout the St. Louis area.
