As a Server, you’ll be the face of Joe’s and play a key role in creating an excellent dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities include:
As a Server, you’ll be the face of Joe’s and play a key role in creating an excellent dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests promptly and warmly, making them feel welcome
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system
- Delivering food and drinks quickly while ensuring accuracy and presentation
- Anticipating guest needs and providing attentive, friendly service
- Upselling menu items, specials, and signature pizzas or pastas
- Handling payments and processing transactions accurately
- Working closely with bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service flowing
- Maintaining a clean, organized section and assisting with side work
Who You Are
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Team player with great communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Previous serving experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois
