Description
We are currently looking to hire someone that is passionate about food and learning new techniques. Previous kitchen experience is required, but we are willing to teach the art of sushi.
Responsiblities Include:
- Create and manage a diverse sushi menu with various ingredients and raw fish (i.e. salmon, tuna, unagi)
- Preparing all types of sushi, including making nigiri and sashimi
- Selecting fresh fruits and vegetables to make high-quality dishes (including avocado, mango and carrots)
