Position Overview:

You’ll be spinning up nitro ice cream, using a cash register, delivering amazing customer service, keeping things clean, and doing light prep work. You’ll need to really love interacting with all kinds of people, be able to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment, lift at least 40 lbs, be super quality-oriented, work well with a team, prioritize and multi-task well. Pay includes base plus tips and the total is generally $18-22 per hour. We’re really great with working around student schedules, but we do require availability for at least one weeknight shift and one weekend shift, including during the school year. Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service.

• Food Preparation: Assist with prepping, assembling, and serving food according to our standards.

• Cashier Duties: Take orders, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.

• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep workstations, dining areas, and restrooms clean and organized.

• Teamwork: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Stock & Replenish: Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.

• Follow Safety & Food Guidelines: Adhere to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
