Manager on duty when the general manager is not present. In addition to the Ice Cream Line description, the ideal candidate for this position has high-volume restaurant/bar industry experience, is highly versed in customer service, is comfortable leading a team, and is over the legal age to pour alcohol. Management experience and willingness to work off-site events is preferred. Pay for this position is base plus tips and generally ranges from $19-25 per hour to $25-35 per hour for offsite events.

Position Overview:

You’ll be spinning up nitro ice cream, using a cash register, delivering amazing customer service, keeping things clean, and doing light prep work. You’ll need to really love interacting with all kinds of people, be able to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment, lift at least 40 lbs, be super quality-oriented, work well with a team, prioritize and multi-task well. Pay includes base plus tips and the total is generally $18-22 per hour. We’re really great with working around student schedules, but we do require availability for at least one weeknight shift and one weekend shift, including during the school year.
