Job Summary

The Sales Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our Sales Director with day-to-day administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, professional in communication, and thrives in a client-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for managing emails and phone inquiries, preparing event contracts, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of sales support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Draft, format, and send sales contracts and proposals
  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails in a timely and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and sales systems
  • Support the Sales Director with miscellaneous administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative support, hospitality, or sales assistance preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and customer service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and problem-solving ability
