Job Summary
The Sales Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our Sales Director with day-to-day administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, professional in communication, and thrives in a client-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for managing emails and phone inquiries, preparing event contracts, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of sales support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Draft, format, and send sales contracts and proposals
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and sales systems
- Support the Sales Director with miscellaneous administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative support, hospitality, or sales assistance preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and problem-solving ability
