As the General Manager, you’ll oversee the overall success of the studio, lead a team of motivated staff, and ensure an exceptional experience for every member who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily studio operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and professional performance

• Drive membership sales and renewals, meeting and exceeding monthly goals

• Manage and motivate team members through coaching, training, and accountability

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve member inquiries or concerns promptly

• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to promote the studio and attract new members

• Manage schedules, payroll, inventory, and administrative reporting

• Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating environment that reflects the HOTWORX brand standards

• Build and maintain relationships with members, staff, and the surrounding community

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness studio, gym, or retail management experience preferred

• Proven success in sales and customer service roles

• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills

• Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively

• Tech-savvy with experience using POS, CRM, or member management software

• Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals

• Must be available for a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends
