What You’ll Do:

• Lead front-of-house operations and daily shift execution with confidence and consistency

• Inspire and coach your team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences

• Be a visible leader on the floor — welcoming guests, handling issues, and creating a positive vibe

• Hire, train, and mentor a team of high-performing hospitality staff

• Collaborate with upper management on business planning, promotions, and performance goals

• Maintain quality standards across service, cleanliness, and safety

• Handle guest concerns and resolve conflicts quickly and professionally

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of restaurant/bar management experience (sports bar, casual dining, or fast-paced concepts preferred)

• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and hold a team accountable

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

• A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example

• Enthusiasm for sports, food, fun, and fast-paced service

• Availability to work 40–50 hours per week, including nights and weekends
