What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of restaurant/bar management experience (sports bar, casual dining, or fast-paced concepts preferred)

• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and hold a team accountable

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

• A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example

• Enthusiasm for sports, food, fun, and fast-paced service

• Availability to work 40–50 hours per week, including nights and weekends

You’ll be the first impression guests get — checking IDs, managing the door, and ensuring every shift stays smooth, safe, and under control. If you’re confident, professional, and cool under pressure, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with a friendly, respectful presence at the door

• Check IDs and enforce age requirements with accuracy and professionalism

• Collect and manage cover charges (when applicable), handling cash responsibly

• Monitor guest behavior and maintain a safe, enjoyable environment

• De-escalate situations and address issues before they become problems
