What You’ll Do:

• Prepare food to Hotshots' quality and presentation standards

• Keep your station clean, stocked, and efficient

• Work with your team to manage high-volume service

• Ensure food safety and portion control at all times

• Take pride in every plate that leaves the window

What You Bring:

• Strong work ethic and teamwork

• Ability to stay cool under pressure

• Kitchen experience preferred (but not required — we train!)

• Cleanliness and attention to detail

• Flexibility and reliability
