What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences

• Ensure every guest feels the Hotshots message: “We’re truly glad you’re here and will do everything we can to make you want to come back”

• Oversee daily operations, including guest service, scheduling, training, and shift execution

• Drive sales and support marketing/promotions to keep the energy high and the restaurant buzzing

• Maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment for guests and team members

• Assist the General Manager with planning, reporting, and hitting performance goals

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience (casual dining, bar, or sports bar experience preferred)

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team

• Customer-service focused with a people-first mindset

• Skilled planner with knowledge of basic business and financial fundamentals

• Excellent communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Positive, outgoing, and able to work 40–50 hours per week, including nights and weekends
