    Hot Box Cookies is an expanding delivery and catering bakery concept out of St. Louis, MO.

    We are currently looking for a business minded General Manager to ensure we operate at our highest potential. General Managers (GMs) run day-to-day operations that drive the brand and growth objectives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leading and developing staff, executing daily objectives, and working with the corporate team to meet high product quality and customer service standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Hiring and staffing
    • Sales Forecasting and Scheduling
    • Labor Management
    • Lead a staff of 6-25 employees
    • Maximize delivery efficiency and maintain order accuracy
    • Follow up on and resolve issues and customer complaints
    • Provide on the job training and coaching
    • Inventory ordering and management
    • Complete daily paperwork
    • Complete closing and opening procedures
    • Enforce company S.O.P. with the use of corrective action and discipline
    • Attend weekly company management calls
    • Supervise sales and customer service procedures

    Summary of Experience and Qualifications:

    • Management experience of three to five years or more in food-service, hospitality, or retail
    • Experience driving sales and excellence
    • Customer service experience in a fast-paced, food service, restaurant, or retail environment
    • Flexible availability
    • Understanding P&Ls

Responsibilities include leading and developing team members, executing daily objectives, fulfilling orders in alignment with our high product quality standards, and resolving issues with outstanding customer service to ensure our everyone leaves with a smile.

    This is a part-time, hourly position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage 1-8 team members simultaneously on a shift
    • Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to by all
    • Maintain high product quality standards by managing baking
    • Handle delivery routing, dispatching, and assist drivers to maximize delivery efficiency
    • Provide outstanding customer service, and when needed, conflict resolution
    • Provide on the job training to your team members
    • Assist in inventory management and stocking/organizing supplies
    • Audit staff work and shifts for accuracy and completeness
    • Complete daily paperwork
    • Complete closing and opening procedures (We are now cashless which makes this a breeze!)
    • Communicate frequently with your management team via shift change emails and through instant-messaging
    • Supervise sales and customer service procedures

    Summary of Experience and Qualifications:

    • Management experience in food-service, hospitality, or retail
    • Customer service experience in a fast-paced, food service, restaurant, or retail environment
