We are looking for a Crew Member to assist our store in operating at its highest potential. Crew Members assist Shift Managers with keeping up with day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include leading Food Preparation and Baking, executing daily objectives, fulfilling orders in alignment with our high product quality standards, and resolving issues with outstanding customer service to ensure everyone leaves with a smile.

This is a part-time, hourly position.

Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation and Baking
• Maintain high product quality standards
• Provide outstanding customer service, and when needed, conflict resolution
• Taking Orders and Processing Payments
• Keeping the store clean and stocking/organizing supplies
• Maintaining food safety and sanitation
• General establishment tasks and maintenance

Summary of Experience and Qualifications:

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced, food service, restaurant, or retail environment
• Flexible availability

We are seeking a part-time delivery driver. Weekday evening shifts and Weekend afternoons.

What does it take?
Your main responsibility will be delivering warm cookies to our fantastic customers. Drivers are expected to check all products for accuracy, ensure our premium quality standards, and deliver product to customers in a safe, friendly, and timely manner. While not on the road you will assist our team prepping, cleaning, and serving customers.

Valid license, insurance, and transportation necessary.

Job Opening: Cookie Monster Mascot

EVENT DATES WILL BEGIN IN SEPTEMBER

We are excited to announce that we are seeking a fun, positive individual to fill the role of our Cookie Monster mascot. This part-time position will be based around an events schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wearing the Cookie Monster mascot suit for several hours at events.
• Engaging with customers and the public in a positive, friendly manner.
• Interacting comfortably with both children and adults.
• Maintaining in character for the duration of the event.

• Jumping in to help wherever needed—because teamwork matters
