Manager – Bakery & Food Production Operations

Holland Farms Bakery & Deli is hiring an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations across bakery production, customer service, kitchen, and facility teams. Position Overview
As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations — production flow, food quality, staffing, cleanliness, scheduling, inventory, and customer experience. You’ll lead multiple departments while ensuring smooth daily execution and continuous improvement.
This role requires strong leadership, organization, and accountability, along with a passion for food quality and team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Production Leadership

Oversee bakery production, kitchen operations, showroom service, and facility cleanliness

Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and safety standards

Maintain efficient workflows and daily production schedules

Monitor inventory levels and ordering across departments
Team Leadership & Development

Hire, train, coach, and retain high-performing team members

Lead department supervisors and shift leads

Build a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture

Conduct performance feedback and development
Customer Experience

Ensure every guest receives friendly, efficient service

Address customer concerns professionally and promptly

Financial & Administrative Oversight

Review daily operations reports and production performance

Qualifications

Previous management experience in a bakery, restaurant, food production, or retail food environment

Strong leadership and team development skills

Ability to manage multiple departments in a high-volume operation
