Your primary duty is to greet patients and customers in a friendly manner. You will be the customer and patients first impression of the dispensary. The position includes scanning in IDs and helping in other areas in the dispensary. Qualified applicants need a strong customer service background and a great attitude.

Responsibilities include:

• Checking patients and recreational customers identification
• Checking daily and monthly allotments

Oversees daily operations of the dispensary handling the needs of all employees and customers.

Duties include:

• Developing a professional team that is passionate about customer service
• Responsibility for P & L of the overall dispensary
• Reports to the District Manager
• Hire qualified personnel to manage the various functions required to run a successful dispensary
• Train staff on knowledge and compliance regarding the medical cannabis program and HIPPA compliance
• Make recommendations on hiring, discipline, termination or advancement of employees
• Stay abreast of all rules and regulations and changes to the program through DHSS
• Train employees for redundancy in each position
• Manage work flow with staff to handle peak work times
• Be competent in all job positions to fill in where necessary
• Responsibility for the financials of the dispensary

Seeking enthusiastic, personable budtenders who can use their extensive cannabis product knowledge to guide customers to the appropriate medical or recreational product and provide impeccable customer service while complying with all regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Budtenders must provide customers with prompt service and quality products while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
• You will be responsible for assisting the management team with the activities and operations of the store while abiding by all policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• You will assist in training and educating cashiers in cannabis products and customer service.
