Job Title: Barback

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barback to join our vibrant team at Highball. This role is critical to our commitment of delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to our customers. Your primary task will be to assist our bartenders and ensure that our bar operates smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders with the preparation of drinks and cocktails
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organize and restock the bar as needed
• Ensure all glasses, bar equipment and utensils are cleaned promptly and efficiently
• Restock ice, glassware, and bar supplies
• Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role or a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy barrels and boxes
