Job Title: Part Time Line Cook

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and cooking of menu items in accordance with Highball's quality and service standards.
• Ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients and dishes.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
• Assisting other cooks during the food assembly process.
• Managing and organizing the kitchen and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Understanding of cooking methods and procedures, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity for food presentation.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
