Highball, a dynamic Restaurant and Bar in the heart of downtown, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bartender. Hailing from any Front of House (FOH) role in the restaurant industry, you will be a key player in delivering top-tier customer service and creating unique drink experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and serving customers
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Previous bartending experience is not required, as we offer comprehensive training. However, experience in any FOH restaurant role is highly preferred.

As a part of Highball's FOH team, you will also be a member of our marketing, social media, and content creation team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with our vibrant community, both in-person and online, and contribute to our brand's growth.

• Proven restaurant service experience
