Job Title: Server 

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team at Highball as a Server. Highball prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service, and your role in this will be crucial. This position offers the unique opportunity to not only work in our fast-paced, dynamic service environment but also to be part of our in-house marketing and social media team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent wait service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
• Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
• Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
• Regularly updating the POS system accurately
• Participating in the creation of marketing and social media content for Highball

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a server is preferred, but not essential as we provide comprehensive training
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-oriented approach and patience
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Team spirit
