Key Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent wait service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages

• Regularly updating the POS system accurately

Hailing from any Front of House (FOH) role in the restaurant industry, you will be a key player in delivering top-tier customer service and creating unique drink experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and serving customers
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
