The Assistant Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the store, develops standard operating procedures, and assists the General Manager as needed. As part of the leadership team, the Assistant Manager is expected to lead by example and motivate the team to meet our standards and business goals.
Note: Some flexibility in scheduling will be necessary for week-to-week scheduling. Evening and weekend availability is necessary.
