Position Summary:
While upholding the mission and values of our company, the smoothie maker provides excellent customer service and maintains a clean and organized store.
Duties & Responsibilites:
- Provide excellent customer service, being friendly and personable and attentive to customers needs.
- Complete opening/closing prep
- Effeectively manage the assigned station - register, smoothies, toasts, etc.
- Wash dishes throughout the day as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly cafe for customers
Qualifcations:
- 1 year cafe experience, preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail

Responsiblites:
-Plan and prepare meals according to the menu.
-Execute food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating and seasoning.
-Ensure all dishes are cooked and presented according to the receipe standards.
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Skills:
-Profciency in food handling and preparation techniques.
-Experience in menu planning and meal preparation
-Ability to work with knives and kitchen equipment effectively
Previous kitchen experience required
**1 weekend day shift required**

Resposnsibilites Include:
-Directing operations: managing the day to day operations of specfifc shift including customer service, quality of products.
-Supervising Employees: Ensuring employees follow company guidelines and procedures and providing guidance and support during shift.
Resloving Problems: Covering for employee absences, managing the cash in the drawe and addressing problems that arise during the shift.
Qualifications:
-Good Communication skills
-Ability to multitask
-Pleasent and polite manner
-Ability to motivate others and manage a team
-Previous restaurant experience a plus!
-1 weekend day shift required.

Assistant Manager
Hello Juice and Smoothie
Description
Supports the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Ideal candiates will be: self starters, who recognize issues and challenges, tasks and take charge.
- Organized and efficient
- Can train staff and lead a team
- Have a minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience.
Staffing: Ensuring the restaurant is properly staffed, scheduling shifts, and leading the staff members.
Customer Serivce: Being welcoming to our customers, handling customer issues and promoting an enjoyable customer experience.
Operations: Assist with inventory management, recording keeping, placing food order on a daily basis.
Marketing: Support marketing activities.
This position will float between our 2 locations (Grove + Kirkwood) 20 hours per week at each location.
1 weekend day shift required.
