POSITION: Social Media Manager (Part-Time)
LOCATION: Must be local to St. Louis, MO.
REPORTS TO: Owner
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a creative and strategic part-time Social Media Manager to oversee our social media platforms. The role includes developing, curating and managing content, growing engagement and ensuring a consistent brand voice. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, audience engagement and content creation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a content calendar aligned with company goals, promotions and campaigns.
- Create engaging, high quality content tailored to each platform.
- Social media management
- Schedule, post and monitor content across all social media platforms(IG, FB TikTok)
- Engage with followers to foster and active and postive online community.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on social media KPI's.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates and competitor activity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in social media management, content creation or related role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Basic graphic design or video editing experience.
WORK HOURS:
- Approx 20 - 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- Must be avaialble to respond to social media activity as needed.

Description
This position is for our Kirkwood, MO location!
Resposnsibilites Include:
-Directing operations: managing the day to day operations of specfifc shift including customer service, quality of products.
-Supervising Employees: Ensuring employees follow company guidelines and procedures and providing guidance and support during shift.
Resloving Problems: Covering for employee absences, managing the cash in the drawe and addressing problems that arise during the shift.
Qualifications:
-Good Communication skills
-Ability to multitask
-Pleasent and polite manner
-Ability to motivate others and manage a team
-Previous restaurant experience a plus!
-1 weekend day shift required.

Commissary Cook

Description
The commissary cook is responsible for preparing bulk food items and ingredients in a central kitchen to support our multiple locations. This role invloves cooking and packaging food according to receipes and safety standards while ensuring efficiency and consistency in production.
Qualfications:
-1 year miniumum kitchen experience required.
-Batch cooking experience preferred.
-Knowledge of bulk food preparation, storage and packaging.
-Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
-Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
-Strong time managament and organizational skills.
Work Hours:
Full time, with flexible shifts based on production needs
May include early mornings, evenings, weekends.
