Position Summary:

While upholding the mission and values of our company, the smoothie maker provides excellent customer service and maintains a clean and organized store.

Duties & Responsibilites:

• Provide excellent customer service, being friendly and personable and attentive to customers needs.
• Complete opening/closing prep
• Effeectively manage the assigned station - register, smoothies, toasts, etc.
• Wash dishes throughout the day as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly cafe for customers
• Make smoothies, toasts, waffles, etc.
• Must be available one weekend shift.

Qualifcations:

• 1 year cafe experience, preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail

Role Overview

The Juice Production & Operations Assistant works directly alongside our Juicing & Operations Lead -  to support daily juice production, preparation, and organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, process-driven work and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

This is not a customer-facing role—it’s a behind-the-scenes position that ensures our stores are stocked with fresh, high-quality juice every day.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily cold-pressed juice production (washing, prepping, juicing, bottling)

• Support production schedules and prep lists to ensure consistent supply

• Label, date, and organize finished juice for store delivery

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the production space

• Assist with equipment cleaning, breakdown, and setup

• Help with inventory tracking of produce, bottles, and supplies

• Identify inefficiencies or production issues and communicate them clearly

• Occasionally assist with deliveries or store support as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to be on your feet + lift 50 pound produce boxes.

• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with repetitive, physical work and standing for long periods

• Ability to follow systems, recipes, and food safety standards precisely

• Strong organizational skills

• Team-first attitude and clear communication style

• Food handling or kitchen experience preferred (but not required—we train!)
