What You’ll Do:

• Prep fresh ingredients and execute dishes with precision and consistency

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Follow recipes and kitchen procedures to ensure quality and speed

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to keep service smooth and efficient

• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a kitchen setting preferred (but we’ll train the right rockstar)

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work evenings and weekends

• Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills

• Passion for food, beer, and good vibes
