The Hartsburg Grand is looking for outgoing, customer-focused Bartenders to serve guests at our weddings, parties, and private events. As part of our event service team, you’ll craft drinks, engage with guests, and help create a fun, memorable atmosphere in one of Missouri’s most charming small-town venues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.

• Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and personality.

• Maintain a clean, organized bar area throughout events.

• Follow all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation rules.

• Work closely with event coordinators and servers to ensure smooth service flow.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.

• Friendly, professional, and energetic personality.

• Must be 21+ and familiar with responsible alcohol service laws.

• Available for weekends and event-based scheduling.
