What You’ll Do

• Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and new installations on residential and commercial properties

• Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Troubleshoot and repair various systems including plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, siding, and windows/doors

• Assist in planning and executing daily work orders and small renovations

• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, professionalism, and client communication throughout every project

• Operate company tools and equipment safely and effectively

• Collaborate with assistants and other team members to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction, handyman services, or facility maintenance

• Strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail

• Must provide basic hand tools and wear steel-toe boots

• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record required

• Clean, professional appearance and positive customer interaction skills

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on-site across various property types

Preferred Skills

• Electrical and plumbing repair experience

• Drywall, flooring, painting, and carpentry skills

• Appliance installation or general home improvement experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time position | Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

• 90-day probationary period for benefits eligibility
